Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in 1 hour and 15 minutes of deep rest and renewal.

Each session is set in a calming, candlelit space, where you’ll be guided through a soothing yin yoga practice designed to release tension, restore balance, and nurture your well-being.

To enhance relaxation, we incorporate doTERRA essential oils, helping to deepen your experience and create a sense of grounding and tranquillity.

After practice, take a moment to savour a warm herbal tea, allowing time to reflect, unwind, and connect with like-minded women in a supportive and welcoming space.

MINI RETREATS

Take time to slow down, rest, and restore as you transition into the new season with more peace and balance.

Immerse yourself in a 3-hour workshop designed to align with the energy of each season, helping you reflect, rebalance, and embrace change.
